  • Raymond Howard, MD

    Dr. Raymond Howard received his Medical Doctorate degree from the University Of Missouri School Of Medicine.  He is a graduate of Harvard University.  Dr. Howard completed his residency in Otolaryngology at the State University in New York.  He is a board certified Otolaryngologist and a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery.

  • Debbie Garrett, M.C.D., CCC-A

    Debbie Garrett, M.C.D., CCC-A, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology and her Masters degree in Communication Disorders from Auburn University.  She is the Audiologist and Hearing Specialist.  Debbie is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association, the American Academy of Audiology, and the American board of Audiology.

  • Mary Dillard, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
    Specialty: Otolaryngology

    Mary Dillard is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. She is also a graduate of the University of West Georgia and Georgia Highlands. Mary is a member of the American Nurse Association, American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. She is originally from California, but relocated to Floyd County with her husband, Rodney and their 3 children over 20 years ago. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending church and traveling.
